Technical Support for School-Issued Devices
Devices are leased based on a 4 year rotation. This is allows for maximum wear and tear on devices while keeping devices current with the latest technology and costs at a minimum.
Each student is emailed a copy of the 1to1 handbook which includes: Care & Maintenance and other Best Practices (see attached) Saint James utilizes a robust Mobile Device Management software program. This program helps to reduce unnecessary applications and monitors the health of the devices as well as compliance with the Required Use Policy.
Upgrades will always happen during the summer, when students turn in their devices.
